Kate’s story about this painting:

I was driving by Sandy Point village, St.Kitts.

Philip was sailing into town and I caught

a glimpse of “Kate” in between the breadfruit trees.

Wow, how serene and elegant is that!

I stopped and did a quick sketch and

later a large oil in the studio.

There’s me again as the egret looking on.
