Kate’s Story about this painting:

This is the interior of my kitchen at Mounty P.

 I have the metal Vodou figures from Haiti 

and a model yellow boat stuck up on the beam. 

Papaya and coconuts were on the table. 

I was sitting by the table when this jumbo pigeon flew in 

- and rested on the frying pan. 

Very funny.
