Kate’s story about this painting:

I flew to the Azores to meet Philip 

and to beg him to take crew. He refused. 

It was simply a responsibility he didn’t want. 

We had a wonderful few days touring the island, 

with clouds of Blue Hyrangea hedges 

lining the narrow roads.
